4. Registration
All users of spartanfitnessbh.com may register for a customer account through our website. To create an account, users must complete the registration form on our website and log in securely. Spartan Fitness W.L.L. reserves the right to reject any registration at its sole discretion.
Account holders are fully responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials, including promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access. Users must also ensure their account information remains accurate and up to date. Spartan Fitness W.L.L. cannot be held liable for losses resulting from password misuse or failed email notifications due to technical issues.
Both the user and Spartan Fitness W.L.L. may terminate an account at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, access to account-exclusive features will be revoked.
While we strive to maintain seamless service, Spartan Fitness W.L.L. cannot guarantee uninterrupted website access due to factors like internet outages or system maintenance. By registering an account, users acknowledge and agree to these conditions.
6. Gym Memberships
6.1. General Membership:
6.1.1. By joining the gym, members automatically agree to be bound by these membership conditions.
6.1.2. Subscription fees are non-refundable after payment.
6.1.3. Access to the fitness center is only available during working hours.
6.1.4. Members are responsible for handling equipment carefully; misuse leading to damage incurs full responsibility.
6.1.5. The gym is not liable for any loss of personal items within its premises.
6.1.6. Gym management reserves the right to revoke memberships in case of non-compliance with terms and conditions.
6.1.7. The gym may be temporarily closed for maintenance or emergency situations.
6.1.8. Participants must show respect towards instructors and fellow members.
6.1.9. Proper sports shoes are required while inside the gym.
6.1.10. Participants are expected to exhibit good moral conduct.
6.1.11. Children are not permitted inside the gym.
6.1.12. Personal belongings are not the responsibility of the management.
6.1.13. Steroids or injections are prohibited in the gym.
6.1.14. The administrator has the authority to cancel participation for rule violations.
6.1.15. The center is not accountable for physical injuries.
6.1.16. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the gym.
6.1.17. Equipment and floor should be promptly wiped clean after use; towels are provided for this purpose.
6.1.18. Weights should not be dropped on the floor, except on designated weightlifting platforms.
6.1.19. Private teaching or coaching requires prior approval from the administration.
6.1.20. Access to fitness facilities is granted to members aged 16 or older.
6.1.21. Excessive noise, profanity, and loud behavior should be avoided to maintain a respectful atmosphere.
6.1.22. The gym does not provide indemnification for any member who incurs an injury while using its facilities, including the spa, sauna, shower, steam room, pool, and other areas. Members acknowledge and accept personal responsibility for their safety and well-being while using these facilities.
6.1.23. By using the gym facilities, members agree to indemnify the gym against any liabilities, damages, or losses that may arise during their use.
6.1.24. Members are expected to maintain respectful conduct while using spa, sauna, shower, steam room, and pool areas, refraining from disruptive or offensive behavior.
6.1.25. Members should follow good hygiene practices and cleanliness in shared facilities to ensure a pleasant experience for all.
6.1.26. Adequate use of showers is encouraged before entering the pool, sauna, steam room, and spa areas.
6.1.27. Appropriate time limits should be observed in the sauna and steam room as well as the shared facilities to allow access for other members. Respect posted usage guidelines.
6.1.28. Spa facilities should be used with care and attention to guidelines provided by the gym.
6.1.29. Members should use gym facilities with safety in mind, adhering to any posted instructions and warning signs.
6.1.30. After using gym facilities, members are encouraged to clean up and ensure that the area is left tidy for the next members.
6.1.31. The Spartan Recovery Center contains only the following facilities: Cold and hot baths, Sauna, Steam Room, and Pool.
6.1.32. If you have any underlying medical conditions or concerns, it’s advisable to seek guidance from a medical professional before using certain facilities.
6.1.33. Any issues or concerns related to gym facilities should be promptly reported to gym staff for resolution.
6.2. Spartan + Men Membership:
6.2.1. This membership package duration is 12 months.
6.2.2. The general membership terms and conditions apply for Spartan + Men Membership.
6.2.3. Members receive 3 sessions of Personal Training and 3 trial invitations for friends.
6.2.4. Pre-booking is mandatory for Spartan Barber, Spartan Rehabilitation, Spartan Recovery, Spartan Wellness Massage, Bodyline, and Personal Trainers and is subject to facility availability.
6.2.5. The duration of recovery center access is limited to 1 hour per day per member.
6.2.6. Members can access the recovery center more than once a day with a VIP package subject to pre-booking.
6.2.7. The Spartan Recovery Center can accommodate up to 5 members simultaneously.
6.2.8. Members receive 10 Free-Of-Cost Beach Access vouchers to The Art Hotel in Amwaj. After they are fully utilized, members will need to pay BD 50 for 10 new vouchers through Spartan Fitness.
6.2.9. Members benefit from a 20 % discount in all the restaurants at The Art Hotel – Amwaj.
6.2.10. The Spartan Barber 15% discount covers basic haircuts and beard shaving.
6.2.11. The Spartan Kitchen 15% discount applies for menu-only dine-in or pickup and does not apply to the monthly meal plan or delivery.
6.2.12. The Spartan Wellness Massage services 15% discount applies to 1-hour standard massage sessions.
6.2.13. The Spartan Personal Trainer 15% discount applies to monthly PT subscriptions only.
6.2.14. The Spartan Shop Products 15% discount applies at the point of sale only.
6.2.15. The Spartan Rehabilitation Center 15% discount applies to all regular Spa facilities.
6.3. Spartan + Ladies Membership:
6.3.1. This membership package duration is 12 months.
6.3.2. Ladies’ members are allowed to access Spartan Fitness and Spartan Fitness Ladies.
6.3.3. The general membership terms and conditions apply for Spartan + Ladies Membership.
6.3.4. Members receive 3 sessions of Personal Training and 3 trial invitations for friends.
6.3.5. Pre-booking is mandatory for Spartan Barber, Spartan Rehabilitation, Spartan Recovery, Spartan Wellness Massage, Bodyline, and Personal Trainers and is subject to facility availability.
6.3.6. The duration of recovery center access is limited to 1 hour per day per member package subject to pre-booking.
6.3.7. The Spartan Recovery Center can accommodate up to 5 members simultaneously.

6.4.3. Pre-booking is mandatory for Spartan Barber, Spartan Rehabilitation, Spartan Recovery, Spartan Wellness Massage, Bodyline, and Personal Trainers and is subject to facility availability.
6.4.4. The duration of Recovery center access is limited to 1 hour per time subject to pre-booking.
6.4.5. Members can access the Recovery center multiple times a day subject to pre-booking.
6.4.6. The Spartan Recovery Center can accommodate up to 5 members simultaneously.
6.4.7. Members benefit from unlimited Beach access at The Art Hotel in Amwaj.
6.4.8. Members benefit from a 20% discount in all the restaurants at The Art Hotel – Amwaj.

7.3. We do not guarantee the availability of specific supplements and reserve the right to make substitutions with similar products of equal or greater value, without prior notice.
8. Gym Gear
8.1. Our gym gear is subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue products without prior notice.
8.2. Product colors and images on the website may slightly differ from the actual product due to variations in displays and manufacturing.
9. Ordering and Payment
5.1. Orders are only accepted through our website. By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount indicated, including shipping and handling charges.
5.2. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners. We do not store your payment information.
