Refund & Return Policy

At Spartan Fitness W.L.L., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below:

1. General Return Conditions

  • 7-Day Refund Window: Non-faulty items may be returned within 7 days of purchase for Spartan Store Credit equal to the item’s value.
  • 15-Day Exchange Window: Defective or incorrect items may be exchanged or refunded in cash within 15 days of purchase.
  • Original Condition Required: All returned items must be:
    • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
    • With all tags/labels attached
    • In original packaging (if applicable)
    • Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Swimwear
  • Lingerie
  • Earrings
  • Cosmetics & skincare products
  • Opened supplements

3. Sale & Promotional Items

  • Discounted items (purchased during sales/promotions) may only be exchanged within 3 days (no refunds).
  • Free gift items must be returned unopened with the main product to qualify for an exchange.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@spartanfitnessbh.com.
  • We may require photo/video proof before processing a return.
  • Approved returns will receive a full refund (cash) or replacement within 15 days.

5. Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email info@spartanfitnessbh.com with your order details.
  2. Return Approval: We’ll verify eligibility and provide return instructions.
  3. Ship Back: Return the item (customer pays return shipping unless the error was ours).
  4. Refund/Exchange: Once received and inspected, we’ll process your credit or replacement.

6. Refund Method

  • Non-faulty returns: Refunded as Spartan Store Credit.
  • Defective items: Refunded via original payment method or replacement.

7. Exceptions

  • Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase) cannot be returned.
  • Returns initiated after 7 days (or 15 days for defects) will not be accepted.
